Property Management

Our property management service is specifically aimed to cater for second home owners. We are able to offer a wide range of services to allow you to enjoy your holiday home to the full.

These include,

  1. A full house cleaning service including changing of laundry and bed linen.
  2. Weekly or Monthly Security checks.
  3. Arranging for and receiving deliveries and also supervising tradesmen when needed.
  4. Monitoring Gas and oil levels and reordering where necessary.
  5. Inspection and cleaning of the house prior to the arrival of guests.
  6. Provision of Groceries prior to the arrival of guests.
  7. Regular winter inspections and turning on and off heating where necessary.
  8. Small repairs and decoration service.

Garden & Pool

We allow you to enjoy your Italian garden and pool to the full, whether just in your holiday home or at your full time Italian residence.

Garden Maintenance

We offer a full range of garden services including,

  1. Lawn cutting and general maintenance.
  2. Specialist lawn care including weeding, scarifying, watering when necessary and also applying seasonal fertiliser.
  3. Planting and pruning of new specimen shrubs and bedding plants, with pruning and pest control.

This normally requires a weekly visit to your property, but the timescale can be varied to suit your personal needs.

Pool Maintenance

The pool can be opened up by us at the beginning of the Summer season and we can close it down for you in the Autumn if required.

Your pool will be kept clean and maintained for your daily or holiday use. Normally this requires a weekly visit especially in the Spring and Summer.

We will take care of general cleaning of the pool, pool filters and monitor and refill all the necessary chemicals to their required levels.

Also the area surrounding the pool and terraces will be swept and kept clean and tidy.

If a technical visit is necessary, then we will arrange this with your pool installer or manufacturer and will liaise with them on your behalf if you are absent.
