Clients can also discuss all aspects of the planning and design of their particular project. Whether it be just a small addition,a change to some aspect of the appearance of a property or a large scale project, their needs can be catered for. Site visits and surveys can be arranged at short notice and the area our team covers is expanding all the time, so please contact us first to discuss your particular project. At present we are active in several projects renovating small Townhouses in Hilltop villages in the Ascoli Piceno Province, but increasingly are undertaking projects in the other provinces of Le Marche. The area in which that we normally provide services for clients extends as far as Senigallia in the north, and San Benedetto del Tronto in the south of Le Marche.
Properties can be finished as a shell or the client can choose to have it fitted out and furnished by our interior designers. This would include wall colours, lighting, kitchen appliances such as washing machines and cookers, sofas, tables and chairs. Wood burning stoves and any other fittings can also be included and this will give the property a very high standard of finish. Clients can also choose from a large database of paint finishes and fittings that we have built up over the years of helping clients in Italy.
